Happiness Tea Blend

Ingredients: Holy Basil, Lemon Balm, St Johns wort, Hibiscus, Oat Straw, Rose

To use: Pour 8-12 oz of boiling water (212° F) over 1 tsp. of tea. Steep for 4-5 minutes.

1.5 oz. in a 10 oz glass jar with bamboo lid or refill compostable bag.

St John's Wort can interfere with antidepressants. Please consult your doctor before consuming if you are on antidepressants.
